The abuse of antibiotics has created a significant health problem by promoting the appearance of resistance in microorganisms. The NeoGiANT consortium is a project that proposes the substitution of antibiotics in animal and veterinary production with natural antimicrobial compounds from the marc of the Albariño grape. NeoGiANT is contributing through research in animal nutrition, health, and reproduction.
